This Android app provides a flexible logging system, making it easy to keep track of symptoms of MS and other health issues. With each entry, you can record the type and severity of the event, pain, potential triggers, treatments, and any relief provided. You can then view statistics over time and even share with health professionals if desired.

It’s designed for those with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and other conditions as an aid to build resilience and achieve goals. The focus is on cultivating your inner superhero. The app was developed by Jane McGonigal author of the book SuperBetter.

This app is for individuals with MS or their care partner to use as a tool to manage the ever-changing course of the disease. You can track disease activity, store medical information, generate charts and reports that can track symptoms, treatments, moods and more.
MindShift

The MindShift ® CBT app was developed by Anxiety Canada and has specific programs for young people. It uses strategies based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help users feel better and less overwhelmed. Features include thought journals, coping cards, guided meditation, confidence-building exercises, and goal setting.
